Personal Philosophy:
How did knowledge of “Type” help me in the direction
of my dreams? When I first learned about “Personality Types “ years ago,
a bright light went on and I knew that I had to be involved with the
Myer-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI™) . Over the years, my communication workshops
have been woven into the fabric of my life, but only recently have I
acknowledged the passion behind the calling. As an “ENFJ” my very nature is to
encourage, counsel and lead. How could I ignore that?! This awareness has
re-ignited the fire of belief in what I do... Helping others identify the
“direction of their dreams” by following inherent personality preferences - and
watching as not only their lives become more complete, but the amazing ripple
effect it has on all those who are touched by their “unfolding.” I truly
believe that each of us has a “divine path.” We do ourselves, and God, an
injustice if we ignore the longings of our heart - because therein lies the
secret to the “direction of our dreams.”
Professional:
Maureen Kelly (“Kelly”) is a communications consultant
focusing on organizational and human behavior. She is a recognized professional
in the creative applications of the MBTI™ as it relates to career development,
team building, time management, customer service, self-assessment and
marital relations. In addition, she offers the Murphy Meisgeier Type Indicator
For Children™, an indispensable tool in providing insight into a child’s
personality from the perspective of family and teachers. She was trained by
Otto Kroeger Associates in Fairfax, Virginia.

A recent survey
revealed that the number two ranking resolution of adults polled around the
United States for the new year WAS "BE ME". (Number 1 was weight loss...what a
surprise.)
So what does that mean? It tells me that there is a
great realization among the general population that life is just too short to
spend it being miserable... or even being "just okay". We deserve more. And
it's up to us to do something about it. So where does one begin?
Well, by learning more about YOU, you can improve your
relationships ...discover your "niche" ... and learn that self- nourishment is
the first step to more creative, enriching days. But in order to make this
happen, you need to take ACTION. A wonderful instrument called the
"Myers-Briggs Type Indicator" (MBTI) can help your life evolve in a more
productive, satisfying direction. Through the analysis of your indicator
results, you will learn how to find fulfillment in both your personal and
career environment. The "Life Unfolding" coaching package includes:
- completion & scoring of the MBTI as well as
accompanying literature
- 3 - 1/2 hour coaching sessions to discuss and evaluate your results in
accordance with:
- your life direction
- your relationships
- your strengths and flow of energy
