I am a coach, counselor,
consultant, teacher, facilitator, supervisor, manager, and I have been
self-employed for 15 years. Prior to
this, I worked as a supervisor and manager for a healthcare services
corporation.

stress management, meditation and relaxation.

personal biography:
I love
being outdoors in the Southern California weather. My
leisure activities include golfing, swimming, walking, gardening, going to the
beach, journaling, cooking, and meditating.
