My life purpose statement is

My passion is coaching; helping my clients get in touch with their passion and
purpose and assisting them in creating lives that are both fulfilling and
balanced by providing them with a safe and courageous space to explore their
limitless potential. I am authentic, 100% committed and hold my clients
accountable and responsible for attaining their goals.
I coach individuals whose aim is to take their personal and/or professional
lives to a higher level and who are totally committed to their own personal
growth. Some of my clients both past and present include, coaches,
entrepreneurs, small business owners, financial planners, lawyers, accountants,
bookkeepers, employees for non-profit organizations, conflict resolution
managers and training and organizational managers.

Recently, I was interviewed in a segment of Canadian
Living. The segment examined the new profession of
Work/Life coaching. As a Work/Life coach, I explained what a coach
is, who needs one, how does a coach help you and in what areas in
your life. I was joined with my client Lisa Holba. Lisa gave a
personal example of how a work/life coach has helped her in both her

I have successfully completed The Coaches Training
Institute's certification program and hold the designation of Certified
Professional Co-Active Coach. I am a member of the International Coach
Federation and serve on the Executive as Director of Membership Services for
the Toronto Chapter. I am a member of Toastmasters International, a
CTM and am currently V-P Education of the Toronto Downtown Toastmasters Club.
I have extensive knowledge, experience and interest in
the following areas: Entrepreneurship, Small Business, Corporate Employment,
Executive Committees, Accounting, Commercial Property Management, Fashion
(modeling and retail), Government, Hotel/Hospitality Industry, Reflexology and
Alternative Health and Wellness Practices, Spirituality, Non-Profit
Organizations, Public Speaking, Creative Self-Expression (in any form),
Marriage, Parenting and having FUN in the process!
On a personal note, after many years as a single mother (widowhood) I remarried
the most charming, supportive and caring of men. I am extremely proud of my two
grown up sons, a beautiful, gracious and loving daughter-in-law and two
precious grandsons. My pet possessions are my three Great Pyrenees dogs and my
1980 Yamaha 650 motorbike. My core values are spirituality, honesty, integrity,
authenticity and creativity. I am adventuresome, advocate complete freedom of
choice and have “felt the fear and done it anyway”.
